Star Trek Babes - Season 1, Ep. 19: "Arena"
There were no guest beauties in this episode in which much of it had Capt. Kirk on a planet wrestling an alien called Gorn. Honestly, I've seen costumes that look more real than Gorn at a Party City store, but that's besides the point.
